We are the first multi-functional rowing club in the USA, providing training in the following rowing disciplines: kayak, canoe, SUP, and surf-ski. Therefore, you will easily find the direction that suits your preferences.
We have a highly qualified coaching staff with professional education and extensive sports and professional experience. Throughout their coaching careers, they have nurtured multiple champions and medalists.

Rowing is an Olympic sport, it develops such qualities as: strength, stamina, endurance, strength-endurance, coordination, flexibility, agility, communication skills, leadership skills.
Depending on the weather conditions, rowing has summer and winter training.
During the summer period, training mainly takes place on the water.
They are aimed at: training and setting the technique of rowing, development of special physical training as well as actively used running, cross-fit, gym, group team games.
During the winter training period athletes actively work in the gym building muscle mass, use indor rowing on specialized machines, functional training in the gym, cross-country skiing or rollerblading, running, swimming, group team games, cross-fit.
KAYAKING
